Psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the subjective attitude of students to educational and professional activities

The article touches upon the actual problem of vocational education development subjective attitude students to educational and professional activities in light requirements dynamic socio-economic processes, modern labor market. current stage a civilization, total informatization, places high demands on self-development, self-education, self-improvement professional. One important skills our time is skill managing one's own resources, conscious building life trajectories (self-skills), respectively, formation such should be focus attention process training younger generation. purpose this present experience organizing psychological pedagogical conditions for activities, subjectivity, supra skills. main objectives are reveal methodological basis construction author's course first-year "Psychology personal effectiveness", justify choice content, methods technologies used during implementation program, identify effective aspects discipline shortcomings indicating need further improvement program. content was research subject subjectivity individual domestic psychology, specifics competence paradigm education, market problems universal system education. presented substantiates selection modules, self-diagnosis self-development practices, reveals features difficulties implementing offline online learning. practice program has shown effectiveness forming self-skills, as basic competencies future professionals.
